Personality flaw or bully?  How to deal with the workplace narcissist.

Mental health in the workplace is an increasing concern for many employers. The balance between business commitments and employee workloads is often delicate. Throw a narcissistic personality into the mix, and the issue becomes even more complex.

MacTodd’s employment team hosted 2 seminars in Queenstown on mental health in the workforce.

In these seminars, we drew on recent case law and provided examples of what is acceptable performance management and what is bullying. We also provided some advice on how to deal with the workplace narcissist, and a legally defensive procedure to follow should an employee raise a bullying complaint.

These seminars were designed for business owners and HR professionals who were interested in gaining more in-depth legal knowledge about the mental health in the workforce.
