In New Zealand only lawyers are eligible to hold office as a Notary Public.

A Notary public is a lawyer authorised by the Archbishop of Canterbury in England to officially witness signatures on legal documents, collect sworn statements, administer oaths and certify the authenticity of legal documents usually for use overseas.

Fees 

Our fees to notarise are $150 plus GST for the first document and $50 plus GST for each subsequent document. For large or complex documents our fee is $350 per hour plus GST.
