Scott joined Mactodd Lawyers in 2021 and has a strong commercial and property law background. He advises clients on land transactions and leasing, business acquisitions and sales, and commercial financing arrangements. Scott also provides advice on relationship property matters and has appeared in the High Court, Family Court and District Court on a range of civil matters.
Scott brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to his work, helping clients navigate complex legal issues with clear, commercially grounded advice.
An active member of the wider legal and business community, Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors of NZ Law, a national network of independent law firms. He has also been involved with a number of local community and business organisations in the Queenstown region.
Outside the office, Scott enjoys the discipline and challenge of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is an active member of Toastmasters Queenstown.
