Charlotte joined Mactodd in April 2025. Prior to that Charlotte worked in the youth mental and addiction services in Christchurch.

Charlotte has recently returned to the beautiful Central Otago region, to be closer to family after spending the last few years in Christchurch where she studied for a Bachelor of Criminal Justice at the University of Canterbury.

Outside of the office Charlotte enjoys spending her time outdoors running with her two dogs Gem and Blu, going to the local gym, pilates and catching up with friends with a glass of Central Otago wine in hand.
