Caitlin Dykes

DIRECTOR

Caitlin joined Mactodd in 2018, and was appointed as a Director of the firm in 2025. She leads the Mactodd Cromwell office, and specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, wills and asset planning, property development and subdivisions. Caitlin works from both our Cromwell and Queenstown offices, and acts for all kinds of clients – from first home buyers and business owners, to investors and developers, and everything in between.

 Outside of work Caitlin enjoys playing golf, crocheting and watching ice hockey in the winter months. She also volunteers for variety of community groups, including:

   - Cromwell and Districts Promotions Group - Chair 

   - Whakatipu Youth Trust - Trustee and Deputy Chair
   - Queenstown Lakes Baby Box Charitable Trust - Trustee and Secretary
   - Professional Independent Networkers Cromwell (PINC Ladies) - Organiser

Caitlin was also named as a 2023 NZ Lawyer Rising Star - an annual list that recognises 50 of the most promising young lawyers in Aotearoa New Zealand.
