We will charge you a fee that is fair and reasonable and tell you when and how you will be billed. We listen, then act. We will keep you informed about the work being done and advise you when it is completed. Should you be unhappy with our services for any reason we will let you know how to make a complaint and deal with it promptly and fairly.
