MEDIATION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLOUTION

 

The Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE) provide the dispute resolution service mandated by the employment relations act. Almost all disputes, personal grievances or questions arising out of employment arrangements will first be referred to the disputes resolution service where an independent referee will assist with attempting to resolve matters between employer and employee.
