Duncan is an Associate specialising in civil litigation.
Duncan holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago and a Master of Laws with Honours from the University of Auckland. He will shortly commence study towards a postgraduate diploma in construction law at the University of Melbourne.
Duncan has spent the last eight years working as a litigator in Australia and has returned to New Zealand to continue his career.
He has wide expertise in building and construction disputes as well as general commercial disputes and disputes involving insolvency, company, land and employment law.
With the knowledge and skills to take on the issues that frequently arise in the commercial hub of Queenstown and its ever-expanding tourism and construction industries, Duncan can advise and act on a range of legal matters.
Duncan holds legal registration in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria and can assist clients with legal issues in these jurisdictions as well as in Australia generally.
In his spare time, Duncan enjoys cycling and golf.
